1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items such as innerwear, swimwear, socks, and accessories are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at anuskyservicesindiaprivatelimi@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

  2. Include your Order ID, product name, reason for return, and photo(s) if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

3. Return Pickup & Shipping

  • We offer free return pickup in select pin codes. In other areas, customers may need to ship the product back to us at their own cost.

  • The item must be packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention it in your return request.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product.

  • We will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
