Cancellation Policy

At Anusky Services India Private Limited, we strive to offer a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-centric.

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

  • To cancel your order, please email us at  anuskyservicesindiaprivatelimi@gmail.com  with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.

  • If your order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a return or replacement after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Prepaid Orders

  • For cancelled prepaid orders (within the eligible time frame), the full amount will be refunded.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment by contacting us within 12 hours.

  • Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.

Important Notes

  • Once an order is processed or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of non-availability of stock, payment issues, or any unforeseen technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
