Cancellation Policy
At Anusky Services India Private Limited, we strive to offer a smooth and worry-free shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-centric.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first.

@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for cancellation. If your order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a return or replacement after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Prepaid Orders
For cancelled prepaid orders (within the eligible time frame), the full amount will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can also be cancelled before shipment by contacting us within 12 hours.
Repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future COD orders.
Important Notes
Once an order is processed or dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of non-availability of stock, payment issues, or any unforeseen technical errors. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
